Here at Big Easy Bites, we want to bring the authentic NOLA (New Orleans) food experience to the Treasure Valley, where Cajun and Creole flavors are always on display. Dishes are made from authentic recipes that Furnell learned from cooking alongside his mother, Ms. Cheryl Lynn Thomas. Everything is made entirely from scratch, just like “Nu-Awlin’s” we want our food to be BOLD and INTENTIONAL, we plan on doing this by using the freshest local ingredients, as well as the freshest ingredients from Louisiana. When you eat our food, we want you to leave with the feeling as if you have just eaten in the Big Easy itself. Most of all we want you to leave with a little something we call “Lagniappe” a little something extra. So, as we like to say “LAISSEZ LES BON TEMPS ROULER!” let the good times roll.
